Here are Forty-two tracks in no particular order by or with Marlon Cairenius from 1994 to 2021. Work on this compilation official began on May 21, 2020 and ended on April 21, 2021. Fun fact, May 21, 2020 also happen to be Marlon’s 42nd Birthday. Althought this release doesn’t have any cover art, it does contain 42 recordings of various sound quality. These recordings came from many different sources which include a cassette found in an old shoe box, an old hard drive, on a few flash sticks, attached to some old e-mails and on some obscure websites.
1. Intro (Mp3 / Ogg) was recorded in 2009 for ‘Carbon Monoxide’ and was later used as an intro to Marlon’s Anthology album.
2. Old Tunes (Mp3 / Ogg) is a 2014 M-Castles release with an old industrial dance sound.

10. Here I Am Scum (Mp3 / Ogg) was taken from a 1994 demo tape Marlon made using a few toy keyboards and a Boombox. The music here makes me feel like I’m playing a classic video game and I’m getting ready to take out some baddies. This piece was extracted from the original cassette tape back in 2009. Fun fact, Here I Am Scum was written in the key of G minor at a tempo of 120 beats per minute.
11. I Just Found My Way (Mp3 / Ogg) was taken from a 1995 demo tape Marlon made using an Amiga computer with a few toy keyboards, a Boombox and a microphone that was made from an old pair of Headphones. This piece was rescued from the original cassette tape back in 2009. The sound quality is rather poor but I’m happy it still exists today.
12. Bass-Fu (Mp3 / Ogg) was written and recorded back in 1997 and was taken from a 1998 CD-rom R.h.oZ made of Marlon’s music. Bass-fu was made on a computer with an Awe32 sound blaster that had Two megabytes of Ram on it for soundfonts, a VCR, a Midi Keyboard controller and some audio software. The following software used include ‘Goldwave’ from GoldWave Inc, ‘Session’ from midisoft and ‘Vienna’ from Creative Labs.
